The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, has appreciated the role of the native administration and the Sufi sects in expanding security, stability and societal peace in Sudan.
During his meeting in his office on Wednesday, the delegation of the native administrations and Sufi sects, Al-Burhan assured the necessity of uniting efforts and working hard to reach a unified vision that guarantees a safe exit from the current crisis, welcoming the initiative proposed by the delegation to establish a forum that includes all components to reach full consensus.
The representative of the native administrations, Siddiq Wadaa, said that the meeting tackled in detail the proposed solutions for the crisis, top of them is to hold a forum that brings together the political components to find a solution for the current political crisis.
The chieftain Adam Abbakar, the rapporteur of the native administration’s executive committee, indicated that they are working in cooperation with the Sufi sects to map out agenda for a forum to achieve a comprehensive national consensus.
